Providers: 2007-2008 Master Contract for locally funded services.
A Master
Contract is required for locally funded services. In order to receive
authorization and payment for services you or your agency provides in
Delaware Co, a contract must be signed on an annual basis. It is our
hope that all current providers have received their individual copy of
the 2007-2008 Master Contract. The information listed here is for your
